Cast: Siddhartha Malhotra, Tara Sutaria, Retiesh Deshmukh, Rakul Preet Singh, Nasser
Director: Milap Zaveri
Siddhartha Malhotra and Retiesh Deshmukh starrer Marjaavaan has been released on 15 November. The audience was expected a lot from the Ek Villian actors, but the actors fail to impress them with the lazy movie story. The movie has very weak script written by director Milap Zaveri.
Actor Siddharta Malhotra is giving back to back flops to the bollywood because he is not choosing good movie scripts. He again seems failing with his latest Marjaavaan. His first debut movie Student of the year was blockbuster which was released in 2012. Some of the reviews giving by the audience are mention below.
“Marjaavan Hayee Audience Bhi Marjaavan 1 Star. This movie is exhausting and flat predictable love story which is typical to its best, Dialouges are repeated over and again, Acting is nowhere to be seen except from Ritesh Deshmukh who plays the antagonist.”
“Very poor script, the plot is very thin line and written very loose and is very predictable.”
Marjaavaan Movie Story
In the movie Sidharth Malhotra play as Raghu, who is the trusted right-hand man of a water-mafia don named Anna (Nasser) who took him in when he was abandoned as a child and raised him as his own son.
But this has led to a lifetime of resentment from Anna’s birth son Vishnu (Ritesh Deshmukh), a three-foot ball of hair and fury. Vishnu has constantly plotting against Raghu to humiliate him or to eliminate him completely. Tara plays joya, a mute girl from Kashmir (love interast of Raghu). Romantic song Tum Chale Aana was coming with different scene which makes audience to get bore.
So friends, I came away from Marjaavaan bored and exhausted. It’s literally a film with lazy script.
